Water pump power is divided into: 1, motor running power; 2. Shaft power; 3. Effective drainage power;
Shaft power is that the power undertaken by the pump shaft is less than the motor running power, greater than the effective power.
Shaft power = head * flow * liquid weight/drainage efficiency.

The formula is as follows: N=Q(m3/h)*H(m)/367/g(0.6~0.85) The explanation is:

N, shaft power, unit is kW (kW)

Q, flow rate, unit is cubic meter per hour (m*m*m/h)

H, lift, in meters (m)

367, which is a constant, is a fixed value

0.6~0.85, is the efficiency of the pump, the general flow of large value, small flow of small value; .

So: suppose g=0.65 (empirical value, efficiency of each brand is different), N=176*14/367/0.65=10.500943.

Pump power = shaft power * safety factor (usually 1.1-1.2) =10.500943*1.1=11.551038KW.

General pump power has some modules, from small to large: 1.1kW, 2.2kW, 3kW, 4kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, 11kW, 15kW, 18.5kW, 22kW, 30kW, 37kW, 45kW, 55kW, 75kW, 90kW, 110kW, 132kW...... .

Therefore, the selected motor power is: 15KW.
